Tracking and insurance:
Some shipping methods listed below are not insured or trackable. You are
solely responsible for taking the risk of sending any products uninsured and
without tracking.
Customs fees and taxes:
All international duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with customs clearance or international imports are your responsibility.
Please
contact your local customs office and DHL for an estimate of any
additional fees.
No guaranteed international deliveries:
Unfortunately, delivery times to international destinations are not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of time spent in customs. Customs might delay delivery for a several weeks or more depending on your country’s regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Important disclaimers for international customers
Usually, our international
packages arrive safe, but sometimes they can be delayed for a week depending on
the destination country’s customs regulations. We highly recommend you select a
trackable, insured shipping method if shipping outside of the Croatia.
Inovatic ICT return and cancellation policy
We will accept returns of new, un-opened items in
their original packaging within 30 days of the order date, but you will have to
pay for the return shipping
We cannot accept returns of partially (or
completely) assembled kits and unpackaged items
We do not accept returns
of batteries and AC adapters.
You can cancel an order free of charge if we
receive your cancellation request before your order is processed.
Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to
cancel or change your order.
Also contact us if you need replacement
components or troubleshooting assistance.
COMPLAINTS
Ordered products are packaged in a way that ordinary manipulation in transport / delivery are not damaged. The buyer is obliged in retrieving the review package shipments. If the packaging of the consignment has visible damage / defects, we recommend that the buyer refuses to receive the same because there is a possibility that the product inside the packaging of such damage.
Complaints related to product defects and all
other objections can be lodged in writing via e-mail emoro@emoro.eu
In any case of complaints the buyer should send
the photo above complaints in order to take account of the same on the basis of
physical evidence. Advertised damaged and defective goods the buyer sends back.
If it is determined that the claim is valid and that the buyer did not affect
the malfunction, damage or any other lack of goods, the cost of the return
shipment (which will subsequently be returned) bears Inovatic-ICT Ltd.
In case of unjustified claim the cost of returning
the buyer.
In the event of a dispute over the justification of
the complaint and / or the way the product was returned (the product has to be
unused, in the unchanged amount and in its original packaging, with the
original bill presented and guarantee if there is any, and all other
accessories that go along with it) the product will be given to expert
witnesses or expert legal person. In the event that the expert testimony
establishes the justification of the complaint, all of the cost of replacement
or repair of the product bears Inovatic-ICT Ltd. In the case of unjustified
claim the cost will be borne by the buyer.
